Richard Dawson & Circle announce 2022 UK tour dates
16th February 2022
Last November, Geordie troubadour Richard Dawson and Finnish band Circle released Henki, a beautiful and epic record inspired by heavy-metal, each of its seven tracks dealing with very special plants throughout history. Reaching Number 1 on December's Official Folk Album Chart, Henki was easily the greatest flora-themed hypno-folk-metal record of 2021. It's an electrifying new chapter to the remarkable story of both Richard Dawson and Circle and marks the beginning of a beautiful partnership.

Henki is the epic joint record from Richard Dawson, the diminutive Geordie troubadour, and Circle, the genre-straddling pioneers of The New Wave Of Finnish Heavy Metal. Unlike any metal album you have heard before, Henki’s seven tracks deal with special plants throughout history, making it the greatest flora-themed hypno-folk-metal record you’ll hear this year.
